Powerful, safe, fast and comfortable

Portofino Divers is equipped with a boat designed to offer maximum comfort for even the most demanding of divers; it is fast and stable and has comfortable spaces to facilitate changing and ease of movement on board.

Our flagship is 10 metres long and 3 and a half metres wide, can reach a speed of up to 36 knots and has a cruise speed of between 20 and 25 knots. The abundance of space on board gives you the sensation and comfort of being on a pleasure boat.

On-board comforts include fresh water showers and hoses for cooling off and rinsing equipment, a sun and rain canopy offering protection from the elements whilst leaving room for sun-bathing, end closures with windows for days when the sea is rough, a cool box, a changing room and a bathroom.

The seating is covered with comfortable cushions to soften the impact of waves during the crossing. 
Spotlights directed above and below the stern make evening and night excursions quick and easy. GPS and echo sounder systems, essential for searching for and identifying the wrecks located along the coast, complete the on-board equipment. 

Although the boat was built and approved to comfortably carry more than 20 divers, our philosophy remains firm and in order to guarantee maximum enjoyment in maximum safety, with the same level of professionalism that has always been our goal, we do not carry more than 8 divers per excursion.

The boat can also be hired to allow larger groups, such as diving schools or clubs, to enjoy our services, in which case the limit is raised to 12 participants per trip, a number that still allows us to maintain the same high standards of quality that have always been an intrinsic feature of our business.
